The service
LayerPSD is a web tool that splits an image into layers and redraws text inside images with AI models (Seedream 5.0, Nano Banana 2 and GPT Image 2, called through the LaoZhang API), then builds layered files in your browser. It is provided as is; results are generated by a model and can be incomplete or inaccurate.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. That account holds the one free try and any credits you buy; keep it secure. One free try per Google account; creating accounts to get more is not allowed.
Credits and payment
Splits and text edits are paid with credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown on the pricing page, in US dollars and before any tax; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Checkout is handled by Waffo.com Limited, our merchant of record and the seller of record for your order, which charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT that applies and appears on your statement. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds, normally within a minute; if they have not arrived after 15 minutes, write to us with your order email. One credit is one output image on Seedream 5.0 Flash; other models use more per image, as shown in the tool before you run it, and a run uses credits only for the images it returns. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are valid for 12 months after your latest purchase; buying another pack extends your whole balance. Refunds
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of buying it by emailing hi@layerpsd.com from the email you bought with. An accidental duplicate purchase is refunded as well. Credits already spent are not refundable, and a refunded pack's credits are removed from your balance. Because credits are digital content delivered immediately, by completing a purchase you ask us to deliver them at once and, where the law allows, accept that your right of withdrawal ends once credits are delivered. This does not limit any other rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Refunds are paid by Waffo to the original payment method.
Chargebacks and fraud
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we answer billing questions within two business days. If a payment is charged back or found to be fraudulent, we suspend the account, its credits key stops working and its remaining credits are forfeited. Creating accounts or purchases to get around these rules or the free-try limit is not allowed.
Acceptable use
You must follow our acceptable use policy, which lists what may not be uploaded or produced (including sexual content, child-unsafe content, deepfakes and infringement) and how we enforce it. We may refuse requests, suspend accounts, disable credits and forfeit remaining credits for serious or repeated violations. Read it at /acceptable-use.
Your content
Upload only images you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your images and to the files you export, and you are responsible for how you use them.
Changes
We may change prices, models or these terms. Price changes do not affect credits you already bought. We post changes here with a new date.

Photoshop and PSD are associated with Adobe Inc. LayerPSD is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, LayerPSD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
